Reports: one-time, no account, no subscription. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged only when your report is built; a failed crawl is voided automatically. Report delivered as a private link, valid 30 days. Unusable report? Reply within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — see the refund policy.

Ordered a report before? A second report on the same store within 90 days is $99 with the code in your delivery email.

Pricing questions

Why is there no list price for the platform?
Catalog size, number of data sources and setup change the effort, so the platform is quoted per catalog rather than list-priced. Tell us about the catalog and we quote it.
Why one-time instead of a subscription?
A diagnosis is a one-time job. Monitoring is a different job, for catalogs that change every week. The report is the diagnosis; the CatalogIQ platform is the monitoring. Same engine, same standards.
What currency and tax?
Prices are in US dollars. We don't collect sales tax or VAT; we currently serve US stores.
What if the crawl fails?
You are not charged. Your card is authorized at checkout and captured only when the report is built; a failed crawl is voided automatically.
What if the report isn't usable?
Reply to the delivery email within 7 days of delivery. If the report is unusable for your store — wrong pages read, empty sections, or the wrong profile — we offer a free re-run first and refund the charge if you'd rather. A low score isn't a defect; it's the result.
