Report links are valid for 30 days. Email us your store domain and we'll re-issue it.

You were not charged — a failed crawl is voided automatically. Reply to the email you received, or contact us.

If your report is unusable, reply to the delivery email within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund the charge. A free re-run is offered first.
