# Think a score is wrong? Tell us.

CatalogIQ is auditable by design. If you believe a check, dimension or score doesn't reflect your catalog, send it to us — we review every challenge against the published methodology.

## What to include

The more specific you are, the faster we can look into it. Helpful details:

- The store URL and, if it's about one product, the product page URL.
- The dimension or check you're challenging (for example, structured data or identifiers).
- Why you think the result is off — what you'd expect and why.
