What it is

### What is the Catalog Quality Report?

A one-time report that scores every public product page on your store against the standards AI shopping agents, Google Shopping and marketplaces read. You get an index, a per-dimension breakdown and a per-product fix list. No account, no subscription.

### What is the free preview?

A free check of your store's public product pages that returns a catalog-size estimate and an indicative 0–100 score from a live sample of up to 20 products, in about a minute, with no account and no card.

### What standards do you score against?

Google, Amazon, GS1, ETIM, UNSPSC and schema.org. They're published standards, not our opinion, and checks that don't apply to a product are marked not-applicable.

### Isn't Shopify's free agentic readiness scanner enough?

It's a good first look. Shopify's free scanner gives your store a readiness score from 31 checks. The report scores every product, up to 5,000, against published standards, and lists which products are missing which fields, so whoever fixes the data knows where to start.

What it isn't

### Do you connect to or change my store?

No. We read your public product pages and report back. We don't connect to your store, install anything, change anything, or need admin access.

### Is it a PDF?

No. The report is a private web page, valid 30 days, and you can export the per-product punch list to CSV.

### Do you monitor my catalog over time?

The report doesn't: it's a one-time diagnosis. Ongoing monitoring is a separate product, [the CatalogIQ platform](https://magnetlabs.ai/platform?hsLang=en), which re-scores the whole catalog every 30 days and shows a 12-month trend.

### Do you fix the catalog for me?

No. The report is a diagnosis with a prioritized fix list, not remediation. Your team, or whoever manages your product data, makes the changes.

Price and payment

### How much does it cost?

$99 for up to 100 products and $199 for 101 to 5,000 products. It's one-time, in US dollars. Catalogs above 5,000 products are quoted.

### Is it a subscription?

No. It's a one-time fee with no account and no recurring charge.

### When am I charged?

Your card is authorized at checkout and captured only when your report is built. If the crawl fails, the authorization is voided automatically and you pay nothing.

### What if the report isn't usable?

Reply to the delivery email within 7 days of delivery. If the report is unusable for your store — wrong pages read, empty sections, or the wrong profile — we offer a free re-run first and refund the charge if you'd rather. A low score isn't a defect; it's the result.

### Do you charge sales tax or VAT?

No. Prices are in US dollars and we don't collect sales tax or VAT. We currently serve US stores.

Data and access

### Do you need my login or credentials?

No. We only read public product pages. Catalogs behind a dealer login go on [the CatalogIQ platform](https://magnetlabs.ai/platform?hsLang=en) instead.

### What data do you collect?

Your email, the store URL, the profile you choose and the public product data we crawl. The privacy policy lists everything and how long we keep it.

### Is my data shared or sold?

No. We don't sell your data. The processors we use to run the service are named in the privacy policy.

Results and delivery

### How long does it take?

Most reports are ready within a few hours; larger catalogs take longer. We email you the moment it's ready.

### What exactly do I get?

An index score with grade and confidence, two sub-indices, up to 13 dimensions, top problems with sample URLs, a ranked action plan and a per-product punch list you can export to CSV.

### How accurate is it — is CatalogIQ legit?

The score is built from your public pages against published standards, never our opinion, and it never invents a value. CatalogIQ is a product of Magnet Labs (Dynamik Technologies, Inc.).

### Is CatalogIQ by Magnet Labs related to other products called CatalogIQ?

No. CatalogIQ by Magnet Labs is made by Dynamik Technologies, Inc., dba Magnet Labs. It reads your live public product pages on any platform, up to 5,000 products per report. We aren't affiliated with other products or sites that use a similar name.

### What if my catalog has more than 5,000 products?

Self-serve stops at 5,000 public products and refuses above it rather than sampling. Larger catalogs go on [the CatalogIQ platform](https://magnetlabs.ai/platform?hsLang=en): talk to us and we'll quote it.

### My data is in several systems, or behind a login. Can you still score it?

Yes, on the CatalogIQ platform: your public pages, a CSV feed you send us, or both, including catalogs behind a dealer login.

### What if the crawl fails?

You're not charged. The authorization is voided automatically, and you can try again.

### How do I get support?

Email support@magnetlabs.ai. If a report link expired we'll re-issue it; if something looks wrong, reply with the product URL.
